Our tassel garland kits are really easy to put together in about 15 minutes. We sell them as a kit so when you make them up at home they hang straight and not wrinkly from being in the post.
Pack Includes

Each Tassel is 35/37cm high.
Great to string up along a wall or hang under helium balloons.
Keep out of reach of small children. Make a garland to hang on the wall or string to a jumbo balloon, or divide and attach to several balloons filled with helium.
